REFUND POLICY:(FOR DOWNLOADABLE ITEMS)

Because of the nature of electronic designs, we do not offer refunds. If you encounter a problem while stitching a design, that you perceive to be a problem with the design itself, then we will be happy to resend any downloaded design in any of our available formats. We have put substantial time and effort into testing and validating each one of our designs and the actual designs have been stitched out on fabric. If for some reason you are not achieving the results that you would like please realize that there are many factors which can effect the quality of your embroidered designs, most of which have very little to do with the design itself, such as, hooping techniques, the selection of fabric, stabilizer, needles, and thread, the settings on your machine, as well as proper maintenance of your machine. Because of the shear number of factors which can negatively impact the quality of your embroidered designs, we highly recommend that you first test sew each design on a scrap piece of the same type of material that you plan to use for your project. Nellybeans will not be held responsible for any damage resulting to any of your projects because you did not first test the design out on a scrap piece of fabric.

Return Policies
Nellybeans is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

Shipping is non-refundable*
Custom diaper orders are NON-refundable/exchangeable unless an error was made that is the fault of Nellybeans. We are not responsible for your measurements being off.
Returns are accepted for stock diapers. Diapers must be returned in the same condition you received them in to be considered for exchange/return and are subject to approval before credit/exchange or refund is issued, minus shipping.

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund

Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Nellybeans is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. For orders over $75.00, we offer FREE shipping within the contiguous United States. All items will be shipped insured.

Shipping is currently based on zones. Unfortunately this sometimes creates a shipping overcharge. If this is the case for your order you will receive a refund once your item has shipped. We will only charge you actual shipping costs and refund the difference that the cart overcharged you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We do feel it is better to need to refund you the difference than have your order not have enough shipping paid on it to get it to you.
